The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to increase the user awareness regarding the processing and protection of their personal information when using the company’s website. The Privacy Policy describes the information BIZNET, LLP (“Biznet”) collects when a person accesses or uses in any matter our website, or otherwise contacts or interacts with us. This policy is a part of the Terms and Conditions of the website.


1. Scope and consent

By using the Site, you (“User”) accept the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices (such as collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your information) prescribed in it.

This Privacy Policy, as amended or otherwise changed from time to time (the “Privacy Policy”), explains the manner in which Biznet collects, uses, maintains, stores and discloses user personal information obtained through the biznet.pw website (the “Site”). 3. What information does Biznet collect?

Biznet offers its clients to provide some personal information in order to ensure the service is as effective as possible. We gather clients’ Personal Data and Anonymous Data, as described below.

3.1 Personal Data

Under “Personal Data” we understand any data that allows someone to identify or contact you. This includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, wallet numbers, transaction information, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data.

4. How does Biznet use the information it collects?

In general, Biznet uses both Personal and Anonymous Data in order to ensure the service we provide is as effective as possible. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer user data to any third party unless we provide users with advance notice.

We may use your Personal Data in the following ways:

  • identify you and perform identity verification through a service provider;

5. How does Biznet share any personal information?

Biznet undertakes not to disclose the personal information received from the User to third parties unless required to do so by law enforcement, court order, government request, or in compliance with legal reporting obligations.

It shall not be considered a violation of the obligations if we provide information to third parties or government authorities in order to comply with any law or to defend against claims, investigate or bring legal action against illegal or suspected illegal activities, enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Biznet, Biznet users, or the public.

It shall not be considered a violation of the obligations if we provide information to third parties in order to provide you with the Services that we offer through our Site; to perform any of our obligations to the User, described in our Terms; to conduct quality assurance testing; to provide technical support; to verify your identity; and/or to provide other services that we guarantee on our Site.

In the event of any sale, merger, acquisition, dissolution, insolvency, or receivership that might take place, we may transfer some of your Personal Data as a business asset. If another company acquires our company, or a portion of our business or assets, that company will also possess all or a portion of the Personal and Anonymous Data collected by us and might assume the rights and obligations regarding these data as described in this Privacy Policy.

Please note that our Site contains links to other third party websites, which have separate and independent privacy policies (e.g. electronic payment systems). We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites, even if you access them using the links from our Site.


6. How can personal information be updated on the Site?

For security reasons, users are not allowed to change or update their Personal Data after registration. You can update your personal information by contacting support and making a request. Please, provide a good reason for changing your personal data.

We reserve the right to retain your information for as long as your Account has not been deleted. If you wish to delete your Account and all private information associated with it, please contact our support team.


7. How does Biznet protect its clients’ personal data?

We take protection of your personal data seriously. We use the most modern methods of protection, including technical and organizational ones. We have implanted restrictions related to the storage of and the ability to access your personal information both on the Company’s web servers and in Users’ back office on the Company’s website. Besides, we use industry-standard data encryption technology.

Please note that no transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Users shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication data. Biznet shall not be responsible for any fraudulent transactions performed as a result of the Users’ improper storage or loss of their authentication data.

Please note also that although we take reasonable measures, including administrative and technical, to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, we nevertheless cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. In the event that any information in our possession or under our control is compromised as a result of a security breach, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those Users whose information may have been compromised.

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any information that we may receive about you through channels external to Biznet (e.g. through social networks, or publicly available resources).

This Privacy Policy also does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, third-party cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies, which are covered by such third parties’ privacy policies.
