BIZNET LLP is a juridical person No. OC416452, incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 and registered at Companies House, Cardiff, on March 20, 2017.
1. Scope and consent
We reserve the right to change or modify the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, including but not limited to any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of these changes by posting the revised Terms to the Site and changing the “Last Revised” date at the top of the Terms, or by emailing users at their provided email addresses. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current and complete information when creating the account (this includes your real name, email and telephone number); (b) maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and restrict access to your Account and your computer; (c) promptly notify Biznet if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Site; and (e) take responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
Registration at Biznet Site is possible with a partner link only. Your partner is responsible for guiding you through the process of registration as well as answering all your questions regarding our services, marketing plan, or general questions about the company. It is not possible to change your partner after you have made your first investment. However, if your partner does not fulfill his obligations, we reserve the right to withhold referral commissions he/she receives from you, according to our Partner Program.
You are only allowed to have one account on this Site. Further, only one account for each household is allowed. Members of the same family and people living together and sharing the same IP address are allowed to have separate accounts only if those accounts are registered in different structures. Should Biznet believe, using its absolute and sole discretion, that you have registered and / or used more than one account; and / or acted in collusion with one or more other (family) individuals through a number of different accounts in order to receive higher referral commissions or bonuses across linked accounts, it reserves the right to withhold any referral commission or bonuses arising from such behavior or ban all accounts involved.

Biznet grants you a limited, subject to these Terms, permission to access and use the Services, products, content, and materials (collectively, the “Content”) solely for services or information purposes. Any other use of the Services or Content is expressly prohibited. You agree not to copy, transmit, distribute, sell, resell, license, de-compile, modify, publish, incorporate into another website, or in any other way exploit any of the Content or any other part of the Services in whole or in part for commercial or non-commercial purposes. If you violate any portion of these Terms, your permission to access and use the Platform may be terminated pursuant to the Terms (Section 14: permanent withdrawal of service). In addition, we reserve the right to all remedies available at law and in equity for any such violation, Biznet, biznet.pw, and all logos related to Biznet are either trademarks or registered marks of Biznet, LLP. You may not copy, imitate or use them without Biznet’s prior written consent.
6. Service and partner program description
Biznet LLP offers services in connection with virtual goods (e.g. virtual currencies and cryptocurrencies). We provide a trust management platform (the “Platform”) that allows users to deposit virtual goods that mainly consist of virtual valuables and receive profit from them in accordance with our tariff plans. We undertake to provide management of the deposited virtual goods in the User’s best interest. We additionally offer a partner program, which allows users to conduct services for the Company and receive rewards in virtual goods, envisaged by our reward scheme. We take part in the virtual goods with the User’s account or character respectively until the conditions that were agreed-upon in our Service Description document are reached.

9. Disputes between users
Biznet is not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the Services. We do not become involved in disputes between users, or between users and any third party relating to the use of the Services. When you use the Services, you release Biznet from claims, damages, and demands of every kind – known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed – arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and the Services. All agreements you make with other users of our Services or third parties are at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss to any party.
Your privacy is important to us. We do not share any private information about our users with third parties unless required to do so by law enforcement, court order, or in compliance with legal reporting obligations.
The transmission of data or information (including communications by e-mail) over the Internet or other publicly accessible networks is not 100% secure, and is subject to possible loss, interception, or alteration while in transit. Accordingly, Biznet does not assume any liability, without limitation, for any damage you may experience or costs you may incur as a result of any transmissions over the Internet, including but not limited to transmissions involving the Site or e-mail with Biznet support containing your personal information.

Biznet protects itself from involvement in any activity that facilitates money laundering, financing of terrorism, or other criminal activities. By accessing the Site, you certify to us that any funds used by you in connection with Biznet are owned by you and were obtained by legal means. In accordance with the requirements of international law, we thoroughly monitor all suspicious activities and transactions, and use our own internal policies to counter the financial of terrorism and legalization of income obtained by criminal means.
By agreeing to our Terms, you acknowledge, understand and accept that Biznet reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction at any stage if we suspect that the transaction is connected with money laundering or criminal activity. Further, we may require verification of users’ accounts and may implement policies restricting users’ access to our Services by nationality, country of residence, or any other factor. You also acknowledge, understand and agree that if a user or a user’s transaction is flagged as suspicious through our internal controls, we have the right to require additional proof of identification from the user and have the right to refuse the continuation of the service until additional and verifiable proof of identity is received and the security department has approved the user for use of the Site. Should the need arise, we also reserve the right to require that the funds on certain account be withdrawn only to the same account and in the same manner by which the deposit was made and that the recipient’s name must exactly match the name of the client in our database.
14. Permanent withdrawal of service
Biznet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, and to suspend and / or delete your Account as required by a court order, or if Biznet reasonably suspects you of breaching the rules of these Terms and / or using your Account in furtherance of illegal activity. You will be permitted to raise claims associated with your Account for thirty (30) days after Account deactivation or cancellation. If we are satisfied that you have acted in breach of these Terms or if we are formally requested by the police, taxation or other governmental, regulatory or enforcement authorities, we reserve the right to seize some or all of the funds in your account temporarily or permanently. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis through negotiations. You may not delete your Account to evade a legal investigation. In the event that a technical problem causes outage or account errors, Biznet may temporarily suspend access to your Account until the problem is resolved.
By accessing the Site you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Biznet, its affiliates and service providers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, harmless from any claim or demand (including attorneys’ fees and costs and any fines, fees or penalties imposed by any regulatory authority) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of Services, or your violation of any law, rule, or regulation, or the rights of any third party.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
Biznet provides no guarantee as to the performance or the uninterrupted availability of the Services. The Services are provided on an “as is,” “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. The User recognizes that the access and utilization of the Site may suffer interruptions and that the information on the Site may contain bugs, errors, technical failures, problems or other limitations. Furthermore, the access to the Site could be temporarily impossible due to technical reasons. Biznet will make reasonable effects to address all technical problems and to ensure that transactions on the platform are processed in a timely fashion, but makes no representations or warranties with respect to the amount of time needed to process some transactions, as some transfers maybe dependent upon many factors outside of our control.
17. Limitation of liability
Biznet shall have no liability for any damages of any kind (including without limitation indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or tort damages, or lost profits) in connection with your use of the Services, even if Biznet has been advised or is aware of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Biznet’s liability for money damages under these Terms exceed the amount of your personal investment received from you during the preceding three-month period.
18. Law and jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. For any litigation that may occur between the User and Biznet, the courts of England and Wales shall be the exclusively competent entities. You hereby irrevocable and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these Terms.
19. Resolution of disputes
Except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief or claims regarding intellectual property rights, all disputes and difference on any issues arising under your use of the Services shall be resolved on an individual basis through negotiations. If the agreement on the issues is not reached, the dispute is subject to judicial review in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The prevailing party of any action or proceeding to enforce this agreement should be entitled to costs and attorney’s fees.
If any provision of these Terms and additional policies is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of these Terms and additional policies.
The failure of Biznet to exercise or enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision. These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Services. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

You agree that these Terms, Biznet’s official news and information, as well as other notices posted through the Services or on the Site have been drafted in English. Although translations in other languages of any of the foregoing documents may be available, such translations are prepared for reference only and may not be up to date or complete. Accordingly, you agree that in the event of any conflict between the English language version of the foregoing documents and any other translations thereto, the English language version of such documents shall govern.
